What happens if the order is placed after the cut-off time?
If the order is placed after the cut off time, the order will be processed next business day.
Who can purchase from Fonkart?
Fonkart offers an assorted range of products for people of all age groups and genders. Anybody who is above 18 years
of age can purchase from Fonkart.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
When you complete an order online, you should see a page showing your order and payment details. Shortly after you complete your order, we’ll send you an email confirming we’ve received it. Can I pay for the items using cash?
Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments. Cash on Delivery payment method is applicable only on products that show Cash on Delivery as the shipping method. COD service is subjected to the below conditions: For all items between and up till– INR 1500.00 a handling fee of INR 80.00 is applicable.
Is it safe to provide payment details during the checkout process?
We take security seriously, and your payment details are safe with us. Please note that we will collect and store your information, using an encrypted secure payment mechanism and will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. What happens if Fonkart cannot supply me with the product I have ordered?
We make every effort to ensure all items on Fonkart are available. But in the rare event that an item you order isn't available, we'll let you know and will offer you an alternative product of equal quality and value. In the case, where you don't like the option or we are not able offer an alternative we will refund you within 10 business days.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery cost may vary from product to product and also varies as per the destination distance / pin code. You need to check for the charges on the view page / cart to know about the exact delivery charges for products. Most? products have free delivery as well.
How long does it take to deliver a gift?
Delivery time vary depending on the type of products ordered. Delivery time is mentioned on the website against each item and is given as accurately as possible but cannot be guaranteed to be exact in nature due to circumstances beyond our control like bad weather natural disasters, political unrest, package missing from courier etc.
Standard delivery - Standard delivery for an item is mentioned on the product view page. Depending on the product selected it could be delivered between 1-21 working days. Please refer to product page of the selected product for more detail.
Priority delivery: Customers can select priority delivery at the time of checkout. Priority delivery is done within 48-72 hrs from the date of order. Kindly note: In case where the customer requests approval, the delivery time will be calculated from the date when fonkart receives approval. For flowers and selected combo gifts we offer same day, next day and midnight delivery options. The same can be checked and selected on the product page.
Does Fonkart ship its products to all areas within India?
Deliveries can be made at most of the locations in India as specified on the website. Certain items cannot be delivered to a few locations where our carrier service is not available. Please check for the availability of delivery service and the shipping method for your shipping destination on the product page.
Can I choose a delivery date?
We do not offer a delivery date selection for all product. For some item you can select the delivery date.
Can I change my delivery address?
Depending on the product and how recently you have placed your order, you may be able to change your delivery address.
You can raise a request for a change in delivery address within 15 minutes of your order being placed by calling our customer service team at +91 9961889998 Mon-Sat (10am-7pm) or emailing us at fonkart1@gmail.com. *Please note that we do not guarantee the change of delivery address
Can I ament my order? (e.g. Change the quantity, size or colour)
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, we are unable to make any changes or amends (i.e. size, colour or quantity).
Why has my order been cancelled?
Your order might be automatically cancelled due to one of the below mentioned reasons: - In the event of non-delivery of items due to incomplete/wrong address- Continuous unavailability of person at the shipping address to receive the items from carrier
For all automatically cancelled orders the two-way carrier service and handling charges will be deducted from your card payment, and the balance shall either be refunded or given as a Cart credit. We'll always write to let you know the specific reason for automated cancellation of your order.
What product, services and scenarios are not covered under the replacement policy?
Applicability of the “Replacement Policy” do not apply to the below products, services and scenarios:
Perishable items such as flowers, plants, fruit baskets and other consumable items Custom made or personalised items Hygiene related items namely lingerie and earrings Electronic items like Watches and others electronic items & appliances Perfume, Gratify eGift cards Any products with a seal where the seal is broken. Any consumable item which has been used or installed Replacement request is made outside the specified time frame Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories Items which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for exchange/replacement as individual items
Can I get a replacement for my product?
Fonkart offers easy replacement only in the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Fonkart reserves the right to offer you any one the below mentioned options:
Send a replacement product once the customer returns the damaged product/products Refund the amount only in the case where Fonkart cannot offer a replacement.
The refund will be issued as store credit or NEFT which will not include the handling charges and taxes *Fonkart, in its sole discretion, will determine the usage of the given options.
What do I do if the product I received is damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery?
You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery, you must note the details of any damage or error in supply on the delivery documentation or if you are unable to view the items on receipt, you must inform us (Customer Service Department by phone or email only) within 48 hrs of receipt of the items.
You must return the products to us within 7 days after informing us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied.
Applicability of Replacement Policy:
Fonkart will accept Replacement or Exchange only if the following conditions are met:
Replacement request should be initiated within 48 hrs of order delivery. Customer should inform us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied within 48 hrs of order delivery. A photograph of the product along with the packaging should be emailed to fonkart1@gmail.com within 48 hrs of order delivery. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging. The package should be returned within 15 days from initiation. The tags on the product should be intact. The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition
